The raw materials used in manufacturing EVA foam are composed of EVA pellet, P.E. pellet, filler and other chemicals. When all these components have been undergone an effective manufacturing process, they become EVA Foam, which has its own special qualities as follows: 1. Good elasticity, good compression set (capable of springing back to the original size after being pressed.) 2. Light weight 3. Bright and colorful color 4. Toughness, capable of resisting friction and counteracting slipperyness
STANDARD EVA FOAM IS AVAILABLE IN:
Sheet of various sizes and thickness, with or without adhesive back Almost any plain Pan-tone color and in a variety of multicolor Various tear strength,density and hardness (from 25-70 Durameter Shore C) Standard foam for industrial uses, or non toxic foam for toys and sport Surfaces : smooth, buffed,grooved or textured (varies grooving and texture patterns available)
CUSTOMER'S DESIGNS AND SHAPES ALSO ARE AVAILABLE IN PRIVATE LABEL:
Screen printing, die-cut or thermal formed.
